Job Description
Apricart E Stores is urgently seeking an IT Service Help Desk Executive to join our team in Islamabad. This full-time position requires 2-3 years of experience in IT service support.
As the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and requests, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing support for a variety of applications including Azure, Microsoft365, Windows 11, and more. Key responsibilities include managing tickets, collaborating with technical teams, ensuring SLA compliance, and reporting on productivity.
