Mindwhiz is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on providing high-quality front-line support to our clients. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in IT support, with proficiency in Windows Server environments, Microsoft Office, and network architecture. Responsibilities include troubleshooting systems, managing infrastructure challenges, and documenting support tickets using ConnectWise.
