Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in configuring, maintaining, and monitoring our LAN/WAN infrastructure, which includes routers, switches, and firewalls. Key responsibilities encompass supporting daily IT operations, managing user accounts, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and documenting network changes. The intern will also be involved in hardware installation, responding to support tickets, and adhering to IT policies and security protocols.
