Job Description
SoftLinks is seeking a dedicated IT Quality Assurance Engineer/Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications, systems, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and maintain testing processes and standards.
Reports to: Project Manager/Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute testing strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and track software defects.
- Conduct manual and automated testing.
- Create and maintain testing documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of QA experience.
- Understanding of SDLC and testing tools.
