Job Description
Aptech, a leading IT/technology educational institute, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: You will be the primary point of contact for IT support issues, responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and managing IT equipment installations. Your role will also include supporting the rollout of new applications and maintaining IT inventory while ensuring compliance with data security standards.
Shift Timings: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT support (Required)
