Job Description
Creative Networks is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Intern to enhance our technical team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career individuals who possess a foundational understanding of IT systems and a strong enthusiasm for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Provide first-level technical support through phone, email, or remote tools.
- Help with the setup and configuration of IT equipment.
- Document IT assets and maintain support ticket records.
- Work collaboratively with senior team members on more complex challenges.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
