Job Description
Digilaxy is looking for a dedicated IT Support Officer to offer technical assistance across our organization, ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, optimizing network performance, and ensuring reliable internet connectivity.
Key responsibilities include maintaining an updated inventory of company laptops, overseeing repairs, and installing and configuring software for the Design Team. Additionally, you will handle new user onboarding, troubleshoot technology issues, and liaise with vendors as necessary.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Work Location: On-site.
