Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Officer to provide vital assistance to our staff. In this role, you will resolve hardware, software, and network issues while aiding in system installations and updates. You will also be responsible for maintaining workstations and mobile devices, all while ensuring compliance with IT security protocols.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Windows/macOS, MS 365, and helpdesk software is essential. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
