Job Description

Outreach is seeking a motivated, customer-service focused IT Support Specialist to enhance our IT Service Desk. If you are passionate about helping others and eager to learn about IT service operations in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

Your main duties will include responding to service desk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing end-user support, and maintaining documentation.

A solid background in macOS, Windows, and Linux is essential. Strong communication skills and experience with tools like G-Suite and Zoom are also required.
