Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Junior Accountant to join our team. In this vital role focusing on Invoicing and Sales Reporting, you will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, delivery challans, and generating sales reports. If you have a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency in accounting, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with factory management regarding deliveries and cancellations.
- Prepare daily delivery challans, invoices, and detailed sales reports.
- Process debit/credit notes and address customer discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Work collaboratively to enhance processes and report sales data to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated accounting experience, particularly in invoicing and sales.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and high proficiency in Excel.
