Job Description
Steps Ahead Private Limited is seeking a committed Junior Manager for our Cold Chain Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our temperature-controlled logistics, ensuring product integrity, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transportation and storage of temperature-sensitive products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and suppliers.
- Leverage technology for real-time tracking and monitoring.
- Train and manage warehouse staff effectively.
