Job Description
Ropstam Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in DHA 2, Islamabad. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to learn about recruitment.
Responsibilities: Source candidates, maintain a candidate pipeline, post job ads, coordinate interviews, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate assessments.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month | Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM (Onsite)
