Job Description
Welcome to Alestra Solutions, a leading provider of digital and design services based in Islamabad. We are currently hiring for the full-time position of Junior Technical Customer Service Representative (Night Shift).
In this role, you will provide technical support to customers regarding application projects, manage client relationships, and act as a liaison between developers and clients. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a strong passion for helping people solve problems.
