Job Description

Mars BPO seeks motivated Lead Closing Executives to independently engage leads, validate information, present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales. Responsibilities include outbound calling, confirming customer details, product presentation, accurate recordkeeping, and achieving targets with minimal supervision.

• Requirements: strong verbal persuasion, confidence, self-driven, target-oriented; sales or call-center experience preferred.
