Job Description
Accencis seeks a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to run personalized LinkedIn Sales Navigator outbound campaigns, qualify prospects, book discovery calls, and hand qualified leads to Sales. Track KPIs, optimize messaging, report daily/weekly, and coordinate with Sales and Business Development. Requirements: 1–4+ years in LinkedIn lead gen or B2B outbound sales; Sales Navigator experience; strong written English; familiarity with IT services or staff augmentation. Preferred: US/UK/GCC markets and CRM tools. Full-time, in-person; competitive base salary plus incentives; growth path to SDR/BD roles.
