Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify B2B prospects, manage multichannel outreach campaigns, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. The role requires targeted account research, consistent follow-up, and CRM-driven tracking to improve pipeline quality.

• Responsibilities: Prospecting, outreach via LinkedIn and email, scheduling meetings, and reporting KPI performance.
• Requirements: 1–3 years in sales development or lead generation, excellent communication, CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot), proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a data-driven mindset. Strong multitasking and persistent follow-up skills are essential.
