Job Description
Makaan Solutions seeks a Lead Generation Specialist to plan, implement, and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads (search, display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to generate high-quality real estate leads within target CPLs. The role includes tracking implementation (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics), collaboration with sales, and continuous improvement of creatives and landing pages.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in real estate lead generation.
- Skills: Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, strong analytical ability; Google/Meta certifications, CRM and automation experience preferred.
- Terms: Full-time, in-person, competitive salary Rs75,00–Rs120,00/month plus monthly bonuses and growth opportunities.
