Job Description
NXT Labs is seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to conduct thorough market research and identify potential clients within the BPO and staffing industries across diverse regions. In this role, you will leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, engage in cold calling, and utilize marketing automation tools to generate high-quality leads.
Your responsibilities will include qualifying leads, managing an active sales pipeline utilizing CRM systems, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess over 2 years of B2B lead generation experience, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
