Job Description
Translation Empire PK is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development Executive to support the execution of our internal training programs and promote a culture of continuous learning. This position is ideal for individuals at the start of their L&D careers, providing valuable hands-on experience in learning operations and employee development.
Key Responsibilities: You will coordinate training sessions, assess training needs, develop training content, maintain accurate records, and assist with the onboarding process.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 0–2 years of experience in HR or training roles. A foundational understanding of learning theories and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
This is an office-based position located in Islamabad / Rawalpindi (DHA 1 Sector F). We offer a market-competitive salary.
