Job Description
Translation Empire is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Officer to enhance our internal training initiatives. In this crucial mid-level position, you will play a key role in boosting employee performance and nurturing a robust learning culture within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of training programs.
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree along with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
