Job Description
Marketing Kingdom is actively seeking a Corporate Legal Advisor to provide essential legal guidance and support for our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with applicable laws, manage legal risks, draft and review contracts, and offer strategic advice to senior management. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, negotiating legal agreements, monitoring regulatory changes, and addressing compliance issues effectively.
Applicants should possess a law degree, a valid legal license, and several years of experience in corporate law. A strong understanding of corporate governance and excellent analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.
