Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Legal Officer to manage corporate legal matters, court proceedings, and litigation. Key duties include drafting and reviewing contracts, notices, and legal documents; coordinating with external counsel, government agencies, and courts; ensuring regulatory compliance; maintaining case files and court calendars; advising management on legal risks; and handling labor disputes.
The role also supports legal-related accounts by maintaining case financial records, coordinating payments and budgets, verifying invoices, and preparing expense summaries. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs65,00 per month.
