Job Description
Inovi Telecom (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Line Leader for our Production Department, located in the Korangi Industrial Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our production line, ensuring efficient operations, achieving daily production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide production line workers.
- Achieve daily production goals.
- Monitor and uphold quality standards.
- Provide training and support to line workers.
- Report any issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BSc, BCom, BA).
- 0-1 years of experience in production or assembly.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and during shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
