Job Description
iGATE Technology is seeking a dedicated Logistics Executive to enhance our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing daily CTS inquiries from our customer support and compliance teams, coordinating courier exceptions with the CS department, and monitoring parcel deliveries that exceed service-level agreements (SLAs). You will also handle claims for parcels lost in transit and maintain the claims report, which includes statuses such as Accepted, Rejected, and In-Process. Additionally, you will undertake various tasks assigned by your reporting manager.
