Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Logistics Assistant to join our logistics department. This entry-level role requires candidates with excellent English communication skills. Comprehensive training will be provided.
The ideal applicant should excel in communication, negotiation, and customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying cost-effective haulage providers for delivery needs.
- Negotiating with hauliers to maintain low delivery costs.
- Managing shipment budgets and tracking shipping errors.
- Coordinating with hauliers for smooth shipment operations.
- Ensuring timely collection and communication of ETAs to customers.
