Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of imports and exports, including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.
- Support customs clearance by preparing necessary paperwork and collaborating with clearing agents.
- Contribute to warehouse management tasks such as receiving shipments, conducting stock checks, and maintaining basic inventory records.
- Update shipment databases and generate routine reports.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on consignments.
- Engage in route planning and cost analysis.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a basic understanding of Excel.
