Job Description
Shan Marketing Services is currently looking for a polished and professional Front Desk Coordinator to oversee our front desk operations and offer essential administrative support. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and direct them as needed.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming phone calls and maintain call logs.
- Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times.
- Maintain visitor logs and relevant documentation.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Operate the biometric attendance system.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
