Job Description
Join Capgemini as a Mainframe Developer and be a part of our dynamic team! We are looking for candidates with over 4 years of hands-on experience in production support and development in IBM Mainframe languages including COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
Additional skills in file/record management, Changeman/Endevor, and experience with Java and Spring Boot are a plus. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, proactive and self-organized work habits, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A background in Branch and Self-Service Banking systems is advantageous.
