Job Description
Vivo Mobile Company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will:
- Handle customer mobile phone repairs.
- Study specialized materials related to mobile phones.
- Meet customer demands for our products and services.
- Assist management to enhance performance.
- Provide timely feedback on issues.
- Answer technical questions from customers.
- Step in for service consultants as needed.
- Complete tasks assigned by the Director.
Skills required: Coordination, Equipment Maintenance, Electrical Repairing. A Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred.
