Job Description
Vivo Mobile Company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Receive and manage mobile phones sent for repair by customers or distributors.
- Study specialized materials related to mobile phones.
- Satisfy customer demands for products and services.
- Assist management in various tasks to enhance performance.
- Provide timely feedback on issues and track results.
- Answer technical questions from customers.
- Step in for service consultants when necessary.
- Complete other assigned tasks from the Director.
