Job Description
ASK Development is seeking a qualified professional engineer with expertise in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering. The ideal candidate should be adept at interpreting engineering drawings and have experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and SAP.
This position emphasizes maintenance activities, including electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC, as well as inspections and the coordination of contractors. A strong background in managing educational facilities is essential for this role.
