Job Description
Rajco Industries is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Manager HR. The ideal candidate must hold an MBA or BBA in HRM, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A strong ethical foundation and high proficiency in staff-level recruitment are essential.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in HR management, including labor law knowledge and HR policy development. Male candidates aged 30 and above are preferred.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
