Job Description
Millennium Medical Billing is excited to announce a vacancy for a results-oriented Operations Manager with over 4 years of experience in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management. The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring our team, ensuring optimal daily operations and high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medical billing operations and evaluate team performance.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and client standards.
- Drive process improvements and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in medical billing, including a minimum of 1 year in a managerial position.
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare billing and excellent leadership abilities.
