Job Description
Trax Courier & Logistics is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our branch’s daily activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising parcel sorting, managing delivery schedules, and leading staff. Key duties involve recruiting and inspiring a high-performing team while ensuring top-notch customer service. The Operations Manager will also be tasked with financial responsibilities, such as developing budgets and monitoring performance metrics.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, proven experience in operations management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency with logistics software.
