Job Description
Join SPOGEN (Pvt) Ltd as a Production Manager in the Martial Arts division. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s degree or certification in Martial Arts and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Location: Noul Mour Roads, Sialkot.
Salary: Rs75,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all export orders.
- Prepare material orders.
- Identify gaps in the production process.
- Supervise backstage crew and handle disciplinary matters.
- Ensure workplace safety.
- Schedule and plan production timelines.
- Report directly to the CEO.
Full-time position with the ability to reliably commute to Sialkot or willingness to relocate with an employer-provided package.
