Job Description
Ambition World is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Billing Executive to join our Call Center team. The ideal candidate will manage billing inquiries, ensure accurate claims processing, and resolve patient billing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit claims to insurance providers.
- Assist patients and providers with billing questions.
- Accurately post payments from insurance companies and patients.
- Track claim statuses and assist with appeals.
- Maintain detailed patient account records.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; medical billing certification is a plus.
- 1-2 years experience in medical billing or related field.
- Proficient in billing software with excellent communication skills.
