Job Description
Hire Solutions seeks an experienced Medical Billing Manager for a full-time, strictly onsite role in I-8, Islamabad. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM (Sat/Sun off). This leadership position requires 5–10 years of direct medical billing experience and demonstrated expertise in end-to-end billing, revenue cycle management, compliance, and operational performance optimization.
- Oversee daily billing operations and lead a billing team
- Ensure compliance, resolve billing issues, and improve processes
- Manage client communications, set appointments, convert leads, and maintain long-term relationships
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and managerial skills required
Salary: Rs130,00–Rs150,00/month; final terms discussed at interview. Candidates without relevant medical billing experience should not apply.
