Job Description

Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Billing
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Billing Manager to lead our daily billing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in medical billing processes along with strong team management skills to ensure accurate claims processing and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor billing staff
- Ensure timely submission of claims
- Monitor and address denials, and conduct follow-ups
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Enforce billing policies and best practices
- Track and report key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- 4-6 years of relevant billing experience
