Job Description

LAL Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, monthly proficiency bonus, and EOBI benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve assigned Accounts Receivable (AR) daily, adhering to turnaround times and AR trends.
• Review attorney settlements and process insurance denials and appeals.
• Collaborate with teams to address coding and payment issues.
• Maintain compliance with government insurance regulations and industry standards.
• Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel, is required.

Requirements:

• 1-year experience in AR and Claims Follow-Up.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
