Responsibilities:
- Verify and validate Medicare information.
- Conduct calls to confirm details and address inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Collaborate with the team for compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Prior BPO or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry.
