• Handle outbound/inbound calls related to the Medicare campaign.
• Verify customer information and provide accurate solutions.
• Meet daily engagement and satisfaction targets.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Preferred experience in similar roles.
• Night shift availability (7 PM to 5 AM).
