Job Description
The Talents Pipeline is seeking a skilled MEP Estimation Engineer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for:
- Cost Estimation and Analysis: Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems and analyze project specifications.
- Tender Preparation: Develop competitive bids and proposals, ensuring accurate submissions.
- Value Engineering: Propose cost-effective solutions while optimizing MEP designs.
- Vendor Coordination: Obtain quotes from suppliers and negotiate pricing.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on costs and identify risks in estimation processes.
- Compliance: Ensure estimations meet local regulations and maintain accurate records.
Experience Required: 5 years in MEP and project estimation.
