Job Description
The MHPSS Officer will design and implement mental health and psychosocial support programs, conduct needs assessments, provide case management and individual or group interventions, train community staff, coordinate referrals with health and protection partners, and monitor program quality and reporting.
- Required: degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in humanitarian or community MHPSS programs
- Trauma-informed approach, strong counseling skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities
