Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated MSE Officer to oversee loan applications for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). This position involves fieldwork, engaging with clients, conducting financial analysis, and managing a loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential MSE clients.
- Evaluate loan applications and prepare credit proposals.
- Ensure the health of the loan portfolio through active monitoring.
- Provide ongoing support to client businesses.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in microfinance are preferred, along with a strong understanding of business and finance.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,00 – Rs50,00 per month
