We are currently seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in Islamabad. In this role, you will be responsible for creating employee schedules, monitoring agent availability, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating closely with the HR department.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or scheduling, a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong analytical capabilities.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs60,00.00 to Rs70,00.00. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and competitive benefits.
