Job Description
Job Purpose: The MTO-Accounts Receivable position is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to develop skills in receivables operations, cash flow management, and customer relations. Trainees will acquire knowledge in invoicing processes, collections, credit analysis, and automated accounts receivable systems while gaining exposure to various finance functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively generate and distribute invoices through ERP systems.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor aged receivables and engage customers regarding overdue payments.
- Accurately apply payments to customer accounts and perform reconciliation of remittances.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and maintain comprehensive customer records.
Skills Required: Strong analytical, accounting, and organizational skills essential for effective financial operations.
Position Qualifications: Candidates should possess ACCA Part Qualified, MBA, M.Com, BBA, CA Inter, or ACMA Inter credentials.
