Job Description

We are seeking a full-time MTO / Customer Support Officer based in Bahria Town. Preference will be given to nearby residents.

• Requirements: Graduate; fresh candidates or up to 6 months’ relevant experience welcome; strong communication, MS Office proficiency, problem-solving, punctuality, and calm customer handling.
• Responsibilities: Resolve complaints, coordinate with internal departments, maintain records, provide product and warranty information, and support after-sales service.
• Compensation & benefits: Rs35,00–45,00/month, annual increments, medical coverage, allowances, leave benefits, interest-free loans, and Eid bonus. This is an in-person position.
