Job Description
Zeta Technologies is seeking candidates for the MTO Network Operations (SMS & VOIP) role. This position is critical for ensuring 24/7 Network Management System operations, ticket management, and coordination with Global Telecom client Network Operations Centers and Messaging Business Units.
Responsibilities include provisioning, routing, troubleshooting Level 2 issues, and managing complaints through our ticketing systems. Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical or Telecom Engineering or an equivalent field and must be able to work in shift operations.
The role is based in our Corporate Office, I-9/3, Islamabad, with two positions available.
