Job Description

Your responsibilities include enhancing service competitiveness and ensuring a positive customer experience that leads to an excellent Quality Assurance (QA) Score. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively resolve any service-related issues.
Qualified candidates should have A Levels/Intermediate or above with excellent written and verbal communication skills in an American or neutral accent.
