Job Description
Bridgelinx Technologies is in search of a proficient Network Administrator to enhance our dynamic IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the stability of internal network systems.
- Implement security protocols and best practices, including VPNs and encryption.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Support LAN, WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, and switches.
- Collaborate with the IT team for system upgrades, patches, and security enhancements.
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist in troubleshooting.
- Escalate unresolved issues to external vendors when necessary.
